Daisy Gardens, commonly known as DG, is a flower-filled neighborhood located to the southwest of Toontown. It has streets that connect to Toontown Central, Donald's Dock, and Sellbot Headquarters. It is the third of six playgrounds that Toons work in.
Daisy Gardens is unique due to being one of two playgrounds where Toons do not train for a new gag track. The playground is also notorious for certain ToonTasks that are given out in exchange for teleport access to the playground, which require Toons to obtain two keys from either Legal Eagles or Minglers.
The fisherman in the playground is Fisherman Flora.
Theme
Daisy Gardens is designed to look like a well-kept garden with an abundance of flowers and trees. The playground itself is shaped like a large flower. In the middle is a maze where a giant daisy can be found that constantly spins, and consistently rises and descends depending on how many Toons are present there. Butterflies also fly around. The treasure in Daisy Gardens is a daisy.
Buildings
- Toon Headquarters (four HQ Officers)
- Gag Shop (Clerk Peaches and Clerk Herb)
- Clothing Shop (Bonnie Blossom)
- Pet Shop (Clerk Bo Tanny, Clerk Doug Wood, and Clerk Tom A. Dough)
There is a party gate with Party Planner Pierce and Party Planner Peggy residing next to it for Toons to host parties.
Streets
Daisy Gardens has three streets:
- Elm Street, which connects to Silly Street in Toontown Central.
- Maple Street, which connects to Seaweed Street in Donald's Dock.
- Oak Street, which connects to Sellbot Headquarters.
ToonTasks
- Main page: Daisy Gardens ToonTasks
Daisy Gardens is where Toons are instructed to complete a set of ToonTasks before advancing to Minnie's Melodyland.
Trivia
- In Toontown Online, Goofy used to walk around Daisy Gardens until he was replaced by Daisy Duck. The two no longer appear because Toontown Rewritten wanted to prevent from calling attention to the Disney characters by simply not including them in their playgrounds.[1]
- Before Toontown Rewritten was released publicly, Daisy Gardens was where Toons could obtain Beta key ToonTasks.
- Daisy Gardens was the last playground in the ToonTask order to be released during Toontown Rewritten's closed Beta stage.
- Daisy Gardens is the only playground where the street names do not include alliteration.
- In addition, each of the streets are named for different tree types.
- Also the streets in this neighborhood are also the names of streets in Los Angeles, California.
- Daisy Gardens' Toon Buildings used to lack a unique theme and would simply reuse the ordinary street theme. This was changed when a new theme called "Daffodils and Daisies" composed by Cool Peaches was implemented on July 1, 2016.
- Toons teleport back to Daisy Gardens after defeating the Vice President.
